HOW TO OPEN A PAYPAL ACCOUNT HERE IN NIGERIA.
If anybody told you that it’s not possible to open a paypal here in Nigeria, just ask the person if he can help you to open one. You will see that he will ask you to bring money before he can help you open one. The reason for that is, there is no webmaster that will tell you or even give you a clue on how you’re going to go about opening a paypal account without asking you to bring money.
But the method I am about to share with you has been tested and trusted to be the fastest and convenient way to open a paypal account in Nigeria.
Let us get into business, as we all know that paypal doesn’t accept Nigeria “YOU ASK WHY?”, well go to www.google.com and search for more information about that. But that doesn’t mean that we will never make use of the service here in Nigeria.
Now the steps to follow:
• Open afresh email account • Get a permanent IP address changer like “Hidemyass”
• Open a Libertyreserve account and fund with a minimum of $8
• Get a Non-European Virtual Visa Card and address.
To get a non-European VVC, go to www.virtual-cc.com on your browser homepage and register with them. Now go and click the link to buy card through Libertyreserve, follow process of paying through libertyreserve, the card presently is $7.50, so you will be charge with $7.50 from your LR account. Within an hour, the card details will be sent to your email.
Note: the card must be use within 24hrs, now go to google.com search for a non-European country that paypal accepts e.g. China. Then you can now go to www.paypal.com and register with them with the non-European address.
After the details of the Visa Card arrived in your email address, go to www.paypal.com to start your registration with them. In the address, choose china for example as your country and choose premium as type of account and click on continue.
Fill the other details; you can use your normal information for that, now type your email and password you want to be using for your paypal account. Fill the address details of a Non-European I ask you to search on Google the other time. Fill the other part of the form correctly and click on signup at the bottom. When you finish this session, don’t go further, go straight to your email and confirm your email account before coming back to put you Virtual Card.
Please make sure your IP address is still hiding when you’re accessing your email address to confirm your paypal link in your email address. Now go to paypal again and fill the form with the details of the card sent to you by www.virtual-cc.com e.g.
Card type: Choose Visa
Card number: Add itCard verification: Add it too.
Check the use this address as billing address, to us e the address you used in filling the form for your billing address, click on add card. Your card will be added to your account but it will be demanding for 4digit number. Go to www.virtual-cc.com, at the top of the site you will see “request paypal code”, in the space below it type the card number and the email you used when buying the card and click on send request, you will be told a notification that your VCC will be send to your email. Make sure you’re checking your email, because the notification will be sent within 30minute. After you’ve seen the notification, go back to the site www.virtual-cc.com and retype your card number and your email and click on send request and instantly you will see something like xxxx paypal; where xxxx represent the 4digit number you need to complete your registration on paypal.
Now go to www.paypal.com again and sign in with your email and password. Don’t forget to hide your IP address with hidemyass it is very important. Look for a link to supply your 4 digit number, click on it and add the 4 digit number gotten above.
Immediately you add it, you will see that your account will be verified. Please if you don’t want paypal to limit your account, please so not access it with Nigeria IP address.
